How to obtain a license?

If you haven't already obtained the IntelliJ IDEA (and other programs) student pack license, go to this page: https://www.jetbrains.com/student/

Scroll down to this section and press apply now:

Fill in the necessary information, and usually within a couple of hours, the license should be available.
